I have been bugging my best friend Shanti for years to photograph one of their custom built homes or projects she has designed with Nature Works. Recently she asked me to bring out the camera to her latest masterpiece. Shanti has been designing all of her custom homes for the past decade. Each project is spectacular and seems to blow the last one out of the park, which is really hard to believe if you had the pleasure of visiting her last three homes. Her design both interior and exterior is superior to any I have seen. This house built in the lower Mission just minutes from the beach has a classic Hampton's appeal. Its easy to see from the details in the children's room that Shanti has a refined skill and eye for color/ shape and texture - all the elements a great "artist" looks for when pulling a theme and a design together. We can't leave Lance out when it comes to the heart of the project for without his work ethic and relentless attitude towards seeing a home through to it's final square of turf, this man just does not stop. It's been lovely spending time in these homes as they take bloom and shape. Having a glass of wine or a warm cup of tea on the deck with the huge doors draw open to the aqua blue pool makes you feel like you are sitting in a magazine enjoying all the comforts and luxuries that a home can offer. Great job Handley's you did it again and I am assuming that planned holiday after all the hard work will be very sweet..
